Online Mode Oil Dehydration Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier 

Application
ASSEN Online Mode Oil Dehydration Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier  adopts flow frequency converter and additional inlet oil pump whicn can control the machine's flow rate. It also equips protective system, which connects oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak, and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine will be power off automatically. Water, gas, particles, and other harmful things will contaminate the dielectric strength and insulating performance of transformer oil. It can fast and effeciently remove water, gas, particles and other impurities from aging transformer oil. This machine can be used to purify new transformer oil as well.

Our oil treatment plant is designed for the processing of transformer insulating oil (degasification, dehydration, filtration & de-acidification).
Where your transformer should be by using our transformer oil purification?
Your Transformer Oil can be in workshops or in the field, in storage tanks, drums, or directly in the transformer.
 
1.       Filtration of oil in Transformer can be carried out off-load or on-load depending on customer's preference.
2.       For the Purification of oil in the field, a mobile type purification plant, mounted on a roadworthy trailer and covered by a weatherproof canopy, is recommended.

After treatment, the waste transformer oil can be used as new oil.

Scope of our Supply:
All types with different functions, with various spare parts, can be customize according to the customer's requirements.

Performance:
In a single pass through the purifier at a full flow rate:
Water Removal: 
From 50 ppm down to less than 5 ppm in a single pass & down to 3 ppm after two passes. (According to the PPM Tester)
Gas Removal: 
From fully saturated with air (10% to 12% by volume) down to less than 0.1% by volume.
Particulate Matter Removal: 
98% of particles over 0.5mm or over 1 mm or over 5mm at customers preference.
Dielectric Strength: 
Improve dielectric strength up to 75-80KV for New oil.
