ASSEN DVTP-R Transformer Oil Regeneration system has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in de-energized transformers. Besides provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal, it also can remove sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. After treating, the BDV can be improved to 75-80kv, with no free carbon.

It can treat deteriorated and seriously polluted transformer oil.
It can significantly improve oil color. Dark-colored oil can be retrofitted to the color less than 1.5.
It can recover aging insulating oil electrical with PH value ≥5.5, ac id value ≤0.03 mg koH/g, or dielectric loss factors tgδ (90℃) ≤0.001 back to new oil characteristics.
It can remove not only 100% free water and 99.9% dissolve water, but also 100% free gas and 98% dissolve gas.
